The Maruti Dzire has sold more than one lakh units in India since its launch this year. The Maruti Suzuki Dzire compact sedan was launched in May this year and five months after the launch, the company has reached this milestone. The sales reports of the company say that the all-new Maruti Dzire has also overthrown it are another version, also called as the younger cousin, Maruti Alto 800. The sales might get high and be one of the most selling cars this year. The competition for the Maruti Dzire comes from the Tata Tigor, Honda Amaze, and Ford Aspire.
Maruti Suzuki Dzire is heading towards one of the best-sold cars in India this year with more than 1,00,000 sales and still receiving a booking from all over the country. Since the sales are increasing, the company is focusing on the Indian market to increase its value by selling the vehicle more. Apparently, Dzire is the most sold car from Maruti Suzuki this year.

Maruti Suzuki has launched the all-new Dzire in India before it had launched Swift, on which Dzire is based on. The all-new Maruti Dzire is now available on both the petrol and diesel engines. A petrol engine is a 1.2-litre unit that can make 85PS of power and is also available with a 5-speed manual of AMT. The diesel engine can also make 75PS and 190Nm.
The diesel version is available with the same transmission option like the petrol. Both the engines have been revised and now can claim a segment-based fuel efficiency for 22kmpl and 28.4kmpl respectively. As per the official claims, the majority of the customers had opted for the top-spec automatic trims of the cars. The top-spec Maruti Dzire can be able to trim with a touchscreen infotainment system with a complete support and installment from MirrorLink, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay.
